Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen events such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, and other unexpected incidents may affect your plans. Motocare will review such situations on a case-by-case basis to offer fair and satisfactory resolutions.
Promotional Sales: Orders placed during promotional sale periods are final and cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation Terms
A. Cancellation by Motocare:
Occasionally, certain orders may not be fulfillable by Motocare due to various reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, service issues, pricing inaccuracies, or other significant problems identified by our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Should your order be cancelled after your payment has been charged, we will issue a reversal to your account. Please note, used promo codes will not be refunded in the event of an order cancellation by either the customer or GTR Pitstop.
B. Cancellation by the Customer:
You may request order cancellations at any time before your order has been processed. While Motocare will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests, we reserve the right to refuse or accept them based on order status. Refunds will be issued for cancelled orders that have not been processed within a reasonable timeframe. For orders already in process, decisions by GTR Pitstop will be final, and customers are requested not to dispute our judgment on processing status.
C. Bulk Orders:
Motocare reserves the right to cancel orders that are deemed to be 'Bulk Orders' as per our criteria. Criteria may include, but are not limited to:
Orders not for personal use but for commercial resale
Multiple orders for the same product at the same address
Bulk quantity orders
Orders with an invalid address
Orders placed using any fraudulent means
Cancellation Procedure
A. Before Dispatch:
Customers can request cancellation before the order has been dispatched by contacting our Customer Care Department at 9880519876 via call or WhatsApp. Please provide the order details, including the order number, for a smooth cancellation process.
Refunds will be subject to payment gateway charges of 2.5% of the invoiced amount. For payments made via EMI or third-party financing, the refund amount may vary due to processing fees from those services, which will be deducted accordingly.
B. After Dispatch:
Once an order has been dispatched, Motocare generally does not accept cancellations. However, we will consider exceptions under extenuating circumstances as noted above. Returns and refunds post-delivery will be handled as per our Return and Refund Policy.
